I’m: chronically depressed with a side order of anxiety and have non- military PTSD which springs into panic attacks.I’ve been lucky enough to maintain my sense of humor, which really confuses people about the idea of depression. Five years ago I was able to get approved for disability in a relatively painless amount of time.
Things that keep me sane:

* being silly

* my therapist
