well today i thought was going to be a good day. guess thats the problem with thinking. I have learned not to say what else could go wrong... God will show ya... Just seems as if what can stress me today.. has. so many things to worry about and with my issues... the worry turns into complete meltdown.

i wanted to have a  good day... instead i am just hoping to pull thru it.

Well where to begin. I guess at the beginning. I have strugglede with many things in my life. Early in my career I got fired from not one but two jobs within the space of 18 months after my employer became aware of my illness.  The first was the day I returned to work after being placed on  two weeks medical leave and in outpatient therapy after my brother's death six weeks before and mother's suicide attempt the week before.  It was too small to be covered by the ADA so there wasn't anything I could do.

Rick Springfield, the hunky australian hearthrob of "General Hospital", and later rock and roll and now comedic fame,(Californication), has just released a new book about his lifelong struggles with depression. Springfield freely admits to having, in his own words, "committed suicide" at the age of seventeen-the only reason he's still with us is because of a poor rope, and poor knotting abilities.

He also goes on to say that he struggles with Depression still, on a daily basis.
