I absolutely love reading..(that's my escape) and one of my favorite authors is Patricia Cornwell..she's now moved to #1..due to guiding me to this site via her website! :0) I also love dancing...before my son was born..it was my first love..now it's something I do to relieve stress and have fun with....Recently...I've tried to get back into working out..ummm so far...working out hasn't been working out.. LOL..but I'm sticking to it.. my son is pushing me..as are my friends and family...and this site is right...exercise does HELP..with depression!!!!

Wow...movies...love them all ...however my all time fave's are: Color Purple...Scarface...A Walk to Remember...Girl Interrupted...Mad Love..Forest Gump..Beautiful Mind...The Other Sister...are just a few...I love all comedies...love to laugh it up!!!

MUSIC...just like dance..is my life...I don't know what I'd do if I couldn't listen to music. I love all genre's however on any given day you can catch me listening to R&B soul, top 40 & hip hop. I do..own cd's of all genre... love my Patsy Cline, all oldies but goodies...some great jazz..bluegrass..etc...we have a little bit of everything in our household...(I made sure my son heard everything..and appreciated all music..)

Love books from all my favorite author's: Patricia Cornwell, James Patterson, Dean Koontz, Stephen King, Jonathon Kellerman, Faye Kellerman, Kathryn Harvey, Harlan Coben..and Jan Burke...just to name a few...
Love all the classics...Mark Twain..Edgar Allan Poe...etc...
basically I read anything and everything I can get my hands on..can find me at the library quite often... :0)

I consider myself a "continuous work in progress" as I am always striving to find ways to cope with my dis-ease...and be a better mother, daughter, sister, friend...person as a whole. To be quite honest I struggle daily..and find it hard "to be me"...oftentimes feel as though life is passing me by..and want to be more than just a passenger..I want to be the driver..and show people the way. I think this site will assist me in some way to do just that.
