well today i thought was going to be a good day. guess thats the problem with thinking. I have learned not to say what else could go wrong... God will show ya... Just seems as if what can stress me today.. has. so many things to worry about and with my issues... the worry turns into complete meltdown.

i wanted to have a  good day... instead i am just hoping to pull thru it.

well as my first vist to Sundance--my nerves are going.  i have never been away from family; as well as this is the LAST thing upon my diagnosis i was told that i could not do---travel without loved ones.  i am a volunteer. It will be awesome!  I've got my hopes set high.....wish me luck.

Well where to begin. I guess at the beginning. I have strugglede with many things in my life. I can honestly say never drugs or alcohol, but sometimes i think they would be easier to deal with. i have been diagnosed with clinical depression, PTSD, manic depressant, bipolar and ocd.  I used to think i was just sad and lonely. i also thought maybe it was from the nasty marriage i had and the lovely sexual abuse from my brother when i was younger.
